Christmas Light Show – Fifth Third Ballpark
Fifth Third Ballpark is home to the West Michigan Whitecaps, but for 22 years it has also been home to a 2-mile-long light show put on for the public. It features magical lights and Christmas traditions, such as being able to visit Santa Claus. Come visit Santa Claus for his last weekend on December 18th-23rd from 6-9 PM. Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park
From November to January every year, Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park hosts an exhibit with 46 tress and cultural displays, featuring over 300,000 lights, choirs, rooftop reindeer and the beloved Railway Garden. Admission is $14.50 for guests 14-64 years old, $11 for guests 65+, $7 for guests 5-13, and $4 for guests 4 years old or younger. Rosa Parks Circle
Rosa Parks Circle is a popular destination for individuals during the Christmas season. The area features a 40-foot Christmas tree that is decorated with over 45,000 lights and an ice rink open to the public. Ice skating is only $1 for children and $3 for adults. This price does include skate rental. To top it off, the trees and streetlights are decorated in beautiful blue Christmas lights around the ice rink, as well as up and down the streets of downtown Grand Rapids.
